You may leave your personal belongings in a locker Teas, juices and snacks are provided in the Relaxation Room Gratuity is not included in your service. We leave it to your discretion A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellation to avoid being charged for your treatments Please turn off your cell phones and other electronic devices once in our spa area Children under 12 are not allowed in the Spa. Please make arrangements for your little loved ones when arranging spa appointments Hours Monday – Friday: 10am – 7pm Saturday: 10am – 6pm Sunday: 12pm – 6pm If you are in need of treatments during hours that the spa is closed, just ask and we will try our best to accommodate you. Special Events Ask us about booking the spa for your event – bridal shower, birthday or Girls’ Night Out. Gifts, makeup workshops, and spa ritual workshops can turn your event into something to remember. Gift Cards Gift cards are available for purchase. You may purchase a gift card for a specific service or a dollar amount. Gift cards are valid for one year and not redeemable for cash. Off Site Services Off Site Services are available for spa parties and weddings. Please inquire about pricing and availability. Returns Un-used or un-opened products must be returned within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by your receipt in order to obtain a refund. Products returned without a receipt will receive store credit. Products that are used/experienced may be returned for a store credit or exchange only and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
